DESCRIPTION

Access your training S&C program via the app that has a professional feel and is easy to understand. All exercises are accompanied by videos to show you correct technique of each exercise. Use your program to train at a time that suits your schedule. The programs are periodised and created to follow the rugby season (pre-season, in-season and off-season) to maximise performance throughout the rugby season.

Each program is created to be used in a 4-week block to ensure a well-rounded approach to strength and conditioning that compliments the rest of your training schedule. The program also includes tracking so you can note your weights and track your progress throughout the month and for as long as you are subscribed.

This program is created for those who are ready to take their performance on the pitch to the next level, and need that extra edge they may not be getting from their regular training program. Benefit from access to a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach who will work with you to create a goal-focused, personalised training program. When you sign up for this program, your coach will get in touch to set up your kick-off consultation to explore your on and off field rugby goals. From there, your coach will create a personalised program just for you, and work alongside you in pushing you to achieve your rugby career goals.

There will be an online check-in with your coach every two weeks to assess progress, and ensure your program is working as hard as you are. This package is ideal for players who are looking to reach the next level in their rugby careers but do not have 1-to-1 access to a Strength and Conditioning coach on the ground.

This dynamic program combines weekly 1-to-1 online sessions, technique analysis, personalised training programs and unlimited access to your coach to keep you focused on your goals. From your very first discovery call with your coach, you will start a new journey to building the physical foundations you need to perform to your highest abilities on the pitch.
