HIGH PERFORMANCE E-BOOK'S
DESCRIPTION
Access your downloadable training program that's been expertly created by our strength and conditioning coaches. Use your program to train at a time that suits your schedule. The programs are created in a position specific approach and are tailored to each season (pre-season, in-season and off-season) to ensure you can perform at the highest level.
Each program is created to be used in a 4-week block to ensure a well-rounded approach to strength and conditioning that compliments the rest of your training schedule. The programs also include guidance on testing to ensure you are tracking your performance throughout the month.

Benefit from access to a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach who will work with you to create a goal-focused, personalized training program. When you sign up for this program, your coach will get in touch to set up your kick-off consultation to explore your rugby goals. From there, your coach will create a personalised program just for you, and work alongside you in pushing you to achieve your rugby career goals.
There will be an online check-in with your coach every two weeks to assess progress, and ensure your program is working as hard as you are. This package is ideal for players who are looking to reach the next level in their rugby careers but do not have 1-to-1 access to a Strength and Conditioning coach on the ground.

From your very first discovery call with your coach, you will start a new journey to building the physical foundations you need to perform to your highest abilities on the pitch.
